Josephine Caring Community is expanding its mission to serve area seniors by adding a new Independent senior living community in the City of Marysville, Washington scheduled to open in the Spring of 2025. Cascade Village at Smokey Point is a 6-acre site, comprised of 70 Independent Living apartments that range in size from one bedroom to two bedroom plus den. Each apartment comes with a private garage. The community will also feature 10 villas with their own private, attached garage.
