Our mission is to create a Resource Guide to help seniors, families, and care professionals connect to a variety of businesses and services important to seniors. Vibrant Senior Options Resource Guide is published twice per year in April and October. We include user-friendly directories of information related to housing, healthcare, and other professionals that serve seniors. Our Resource Guide is free and can be picked up at over 300 locations throughout Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan and N. Snohomish Counties.
