Mission
We are an informal group of dedicated health care and related service providers focused on seniors and their families. As the senior population and needs have exploded in recent years, so have available services. In 2010, Skagit Island Care Managers and Northwest Washington Community Resource Group joined forces to create one organization, Senior Care Network. As a mission, we are dedicated to improving services, coordinating care and effectively communicating across all providers for the sole purpose of helping seniors and their family members navigate what can be a confusing and fragmented system.
