The Vibrant Senior Options book is a valuable resource guide internally for the Eden team and externally for our patients, serving the community from both a “Business to Business” and “Business to Customer” angle. It’s filled with local and reputable businesses. We understand that it may be difficult for our Senior community to access resource guides physically, especially during a pandemic. To alleviate this barrier, Eden Health has optimized its process to include a Vibrant Senior Options guide in all of our new patient packets, making this resource accessible for all patients upon the first home health visit.
