Fall is a busy time of year and is a great season to dust off your slow cooker or instant pot and put them to good use. This interactive cooking demonstration will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Participants will learn some best practices for slow cookers and instant pots and how to cook healthy, delicious meals.
